Funded by the Welsh Government, WRAP has developed this user-friendly Circular Materials Mapping Tool for Wales – a useful resource for Welsh stakeholders across the plastics, paper, and wood value chains.
It provides an interactive, visual representation of the extent of Wales’ plastics, paper, and wood sectors, plotting business locations and helping to identify where there are clusters.

Waste composition analysis of kerbside and HWRC collected textiles.
The aim of the composition analysis was to understand more about the quality of textiles within the household waste recycling centre (HWRC) and kerbside recycling streams, and its potential for re-use.

In 2021, the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA), The
National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF), and Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) commissioned social enterprise Ministry of Furniture (MoF), based in Port Talbot, South Wales, to fit out a new office space in Cardiff.
The project was commissioned via the Welsh Government Provision of Furniture Solutions Framework which has remanufactured and re-use as a core part its offering. The Framework was designed to enable Public Sector buyers in Wales to choose a more sustainable approach to sourcing items of furniture.
