Previous Supply Chain Projects

Funded by the Welsh Government, WRAP collaborated with more than 20 partner organisations of different sizes, from both the private and public sectors between 2019 - 2022, to deliver four supply chain projects.

The trails have now finished, take a look at the case studies that capture the barriers and learnings from the trials here.

Each project showcases how manufacturers can overcome challenges to increasing the use of recycled materials - particularly plastic - in products made in Wales.

Through these projects we aimed to address both commercial and technical challenges – such as using recycled materials in products that need to withstand wear and tear – whilst highlighting economic viability and environmental benefits.
