This guidance document supports the Welsh Government’s ambition to deliver a circular economy for Wales.
Welsh Government has set an ambitious decarbonisation target – to reduce emissions by at least 45% by 2030. To achieve this, a target has also been set for the Welsh public sector to become carbon neutral by 2030. This document has been designed to help public sector organisations embed sustainability into their procurement processes and make low carbon material choices.
